Any order of a product appearing within the electronic catalogue of odc-paris.com supposes acceptance by the Client of the contents of the present general sales conditions.
Object
The present Terms of Sale aim at defining the rights and obligations of the parts within the framework of the e-shop products offered by the electronic catalogue to the Clients.
The offer is valid within the limits of available stock.

Products
The products proposed on the site are described and presented with texts, photographs as qualitative as possible, but cannot ensure a total similarity with the received product, particularly with colors, textures and forms.
The products proposed in the e-shop are in conformity with the legislation and the applicable standards of the European Community. The offers proposed on the site will only be valid as long as they are in stock.
Prices
All prices are quoted in EUROS.
Prices include applicable VAT at the date of the order.
Ozgen Design Collection reserves the right to modify prices anytime without notice.
The client is guaranteed the price posted on odc-paris.com at the time of purchase.
Any change in the applicable VAT rate may affect sale prices of the products in the catalogue.
The prices fixed at the time of purchase are firm and do not include shipping costs which are extra.
The total price is payable upon placement of the order. In the event of delivery outside the European Union, the client will have to pay for custom duties, or any other taxes due to the importation of the products. He is also responsible for the formalities related thereto.
The Client is solely responsible for checking whether the products ordered can be imported under domestic law in the country of delivery.
Payment
The Client shall pay his order by CreditCard/PayPal or WireTransfer.
Credit Card payment: MasterCard, EuroCard and VisaCard are accepted for online payment.
Online payment is secured. Your personal information are protected thanks to SSL protocol. (Secure Sockets Layer)
Payment with PayPal: Customer shall open a PayPal account without giving odc-paris.com payment details.
If the Client wishes, he may order by electronic mail, and pay by Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
Payment by wire transfer (orders by electronic mail)
Bank details of Ozgen Design Collection will be sent to client and treatment of the order will be executed upon reception of payment. All charges are on client.
Delivery
Treatment of the order is executed upon reception of payment by Credit Card or Wire Transfer in due form.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
In case of an error in the delivery address formulated by the client, Ozgen Design Collection may not be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the order.
The announced times of delivery are indicative; they are based on delivery times promised by “La Poste” and do not take in consideration products being temporarily out of stock.
Delays in delivery will not lead to any refunding for damages if the order is delivered within 30 working days following the date of order confirmation.
The client must check the condition of the products on delivery.
In the event of damages: missing product (regarding the packing list), damaged box, broken items, delays, partial or total losses, or any other problem, the Client is held responsible for exercising all claims against the Carrier/Transporter. Ozgen Design Collection shall not be held liable whatsoever.
Right to return a product
The Client has the right to within 7 working days beginning from the date of delivery and may return a product for exchange or refund without penalty, except the shipping costs at his expense.
Any goods returned must in its original packaging and in the condition in which the Client received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage.
The right to return excludes:
Any goods used or damaged the Client.
Any customized or custom-built goods.
Responsibilities:
Ozgen Design Collection may not be held responsible for damages caused by the use of the web network : data loss, intrusion, virus, service break-down, or any involuntary problems.
Ozgen Design Collection cannot be held responsible for delays related to product shortages of its suppliers.
Ozgen Design Collection cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the agreement in the event of “Force Majeure”, included but not limited to: total or partial strikes, interruption of transport facilities, fire, disaster, internal or external breakdowns of the company, especially related to the web network, and more generally any problem allowing good fullfilment of orders.
Ozgen Design Collection cannot also be held responsible for damages resulting of a wrong use of products for sale. Products for sale on odc-paris.com are bound for responsible grown-ups. They are not suitable for children. If in doubt, please contact customer service via : odc@ozgen.fr
