These spatulas are made out of branches collected
from seasonal pruning of olive trees from the Aegean shores of Anatolia, one of the oldest regions
of olive tree cultivation in the world. The branch is hand turned on one extremity and hadcrafted on the other to become a smooth everyday kitchen utensil.
Each piece is unique.

Le manche tourné à la main est lisse,
